Complete Guide Platform Usage

1. Member Eligibility

Platform LVKing is open to all individuals who meet the following requirements without exception. These eligibility criteria are fundamental to every relationship between a member and our platform.

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Are an individual person — not a company, organisation, or corporate entity.
• Not appearing on any list of players who have been banned or restricted by LVKing previously.
• Register in a personal capacity and not as a representative of any third party.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

2. Account Registration

Each player is only permitted to hold one account only at lvking. Holding more than one account — whether in your own name or using another person's details — is a serious violation that will result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances and wins.

2.1 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as shown on your identity card or passport.
• A valid and accurate date of birth.
• An active and reachable email address.
• Mobile phone number registered in your name.

LVKing is not responsible for any losses arising from incorrect or outdated information provided by a member during registration or profile updates.

2.2 KYC Verification

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. You will need to submit a valid document such as a Malaysia identity card (MyKad), passport, or other recognised identification. All submitted documents are stored securely using 256-bit SSL encryption and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal

LVKing supports a wide range of local Malaysia payment methods for members' convenience. All transactions are processed through secure, integrated payment channels.

3.1 Deposit

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction.
• Supported deposit methods include FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, MAE, and direct bank transfer.
• Deposits are typically credited within 1 to 5 minutes after bank verification.
• LVKing does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

3.2 Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per request.
• All withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 3 hours on business days.
• VIP members are entitled to priority processing for faster turnaround.
• Withdrawals will be credited only to the bank account registered under the member's name — no transfers to third parties are permitted.
• Lvking reserves the right to hold withdrawals while a KYC check or security investigation is in progress.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

Lvking offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and specific rules stated in each promotional offer.

• Rollover Requirements: Every bonus received requires the specified rollover target to be met before a withdrawal is permitted. Rollover values vary by bonus type — please check the promotions page for full details.
• Valid Period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Bonuses that expire without meeting the rollover requirements will be automatically forfeited.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Members may only use one bonus at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Usage: Bonuses may only be used for gaming purposes on the lvking platform and cannot be transferred, sold, or directly exchanged for cash.
• Bonus Abuse: lvking reserves the right to void bonuses and close accounts if there is evidence of bonus abuse or system manipulation.

5. Game Rules

All games available at LVKing uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been verified by independent international auditing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is random, fair, and cannot be manipulated by any party, including lvking itself.

• Players are fully responsible for the betting decisions they make.
• Results confirmed by the system are final and cannot be disputed.
• Any technical disruption during gameplay caused by issues on the player's end (e.g., lost internet connection) is not eligible for compensation.
• Lvking reserves the right to void game rounds or wagers involved in serious technical disruptions on the platform's end and to refund the original bet amount to the member's account.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

6. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. LVKing shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security.
• Do not access your account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.
• Report to the support team immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

7. Player Responsibilities

LVKing is committed to responsible gaming. We provide a range of self-control tools to help players manage their gaming experience wisely and healthily.

As a member, you agree to:

• Only play with money you can afford to lose.
• Not playing under emotional distress, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Use the wagering limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options provided by the platform when needed.
• Contact the support team or refer to the Responsible Gaming if you feel that your gaming habits are starting to have a negative impact on your life.

8. Account Closure

Lvking reserves the right to close or suspend any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, money laundering, or suspected criminal activity.
• Use of more than one account (duplicate accounts).
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system.
• Use of automation software or bots in gameplay.

If an account is closed due to fraud or a serious violation, LVKing reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and wins held in the account in question.

9. Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LVKing shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses suffered by members in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance or events beyond our control.
• Data loss caused by device failure or the player's internet connection.
• Unauthorised third-party access to a player's account.

10. Amendments to Terms

LVKing reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on this page.

It is your responsibility as a member to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically. Continued use of the platform LVKing after the amendments are published is considered your acceptance of the revised terms.
